Riding a china girl wet

I live in Boca Raton Florida and yesterday I put 26 miles on my China girl 49cc 7 speed with my rain suit on and it was pouring rain.
Perfect example of proper CDI ignition placement, underneath the gas tank LOL

The CDI's are potted and in theory, should handle the elements without issue. The magnito getting wet is what ruins your day in a heartbeat.

Well, this went downhill fast.


I made sure to have a "drip loop" in the mag wires before they enter the cover. And also I avoid the rain like it's going to kill me, lol. ☺

Oh well if you can't beat them..

Funny ha ha. Yea my spark plug wire has a drip loop lol fun times. Too bad I need new tires too lol that engine has about 4k miles on it. Probably more. LoL
