From what I could see the 49 & 66 cc engines look really close and if they aren't marked with the displacement no leo could tell the difference between a 48 and a 66. My point is that the cop had no evidence that its over 50cc's and puts out over 2 HP therefore can't take the bike if its fully compliant with lights signals and Speedometer. Am I right?
