Is it legal or sensible to ride on Arizona Federal Forest land during a Stage 2 fire alert with a Phatmoto 4-stroke (79cc OHV) with a screen-type spark arrestor?? (If not, then I'll have to give away the Phatmoto and get an E-bike, since for about six months out of the year we are in a "Stage 2" fire alert!).

Most public hiking trails in the USA don't allow gas powered vehicles on them.
It's not like E-Bikes have ever been known to start any fires, RIGHT???...lol...lol...lol.
E-Bikes are more of a fire hazard than a gas bike ever thought of being, not too many spontaneous combustion disasters started by gas bikes...lol.
E-Bike fires are caused by thermal runaway causing the cell to burst and the lithium-ion catching fire from heat.
It is almost impossible to extinguish one of these fires once they start.

This was up in Bangor, Maine by the way...Lots and Lots of forestry land up there...lol.
Didn't read anything else here. USFS in San bernardino national forest has told me on dirt bikes many times

this was riding go karts and buggies where we shouldn't have been. We weren't tearing s**t up they weren't being hard asses. But MAKE SURE YOURE EXHAUST IS A LEGAL SPARK ARRESTOR OR YOU ADD ONE
YEP, ya don't bring those things through Holcolm Valley or any of the fire trails, including the trail going up to Butler Peak...lol.
