CVT right side, heavy duty, single gear reduction?

I need an expanding gear device that will work with notched belts to make a single gear reduction to the wheel. It would need to be able to work with a 2hp motor and to make it even more complex it needs to be on the right side rather the left side.

I suspect that this does not exist.but what else can I do for a single gear reduction and have at least two gears??

Ok I will be back here in a few days because I do not have Internet in my house. so it will be hard to answer questions.
