I'm going to do that for my trail 90. I doubt any pre made pipe will fit the bike.

Doesn't look too hard but I say that about everything.
The challenge would be adding the head and tail pipes to the basic shape. Really test a persons brazing/ welding skills.

I'll probably tack weld then bronze braze it together.

There is also cone shape, graduation and degradation. If all doesn't line up, the pipe will just be a nice little noise maker.

Definitely an art and a science to make a proper one. There is a lot of info on how to calculate them properly but I think some research into ones that work at the desired rpm range and just try to duplicate the measurements would work just fine.
