Rmh exhaust pipe

Definitely an art and a science to make a proper one. There is a lot of info on how to calculate them properly but I think some research into ones that work at the desired rpm range and just try to duplicate the measurements would work just fine.
You got the idea.

Some of the pipe drawings don't really show how drastic the angles of the cones are. 1%-3% angle of a cone that is 150mm long, that sounds like a pipe to me. Even though a cone with those angles are much longer to speed up the flow.
 
This is the first of 4 parts. I haven't tried it yet but I think it could be done with hydro forming. Might take a couple practice runs to do it. Would be fun to try.

I want to try making gas tanks with hydro forming
 
Would be fun to try. Just need a tip from a pressure washer, remove the plastic and braze it to your metal.

This is on the list of winter projects for sure.
Yup, I already have a few bits and pieces I was gonna use with my pressure washer.
