Products: Motorized bicycle exhausts and expansion chambers.

We have followed the advice of expert tuners, including extrapolating formulas used by A. Bell and G. Jennings. Selecting quality materials is the first step in making our designs come to life. RMH Performance Tuning is an American company based in Georgia. Our fabricators are located in Delaware, Georgia and Indonesia. While the best approach to building an exhaust should take into consideration specific engine characteristics like, port timing, displacement, and compression ratio, the designs we've chosen provide good performance across the range of stock to highly modified motorized bicycle engines.

We are passionate about 2 strokes. Pairing a 2 stroke with the proper expansion chamber creates a sound akin to a finely tuned instrument. But let's be honest, who really cares about sound if it can't add something more valuable to the riding experience? Our expansion chambers add instant horsepower to stock and modified engines.

I say that's disappointing. The flange alone is terrible. For over 200 USD one would expect better than that.
Looks like a lot of work to weld all those sections together. Lots of room for error.

This winter I'm going to try a hydro formed one like Willitboost did. Just for fun.

And the very reason why I said copy and paste and post that URL I provided you on his chat site...That will allow him to know that there are many possibly potential customers who may or may not want to be customers depending on how he deals or doesn't deal with his present customers.
Yea.. Let me decide whether I want a different pipe from him first. Haha I'd hate for him to get salty. Lol

Me too but for other engines. I also wanted their dimensions as a reference if I like it (I'm sure I will.)

I've talked with them more on the chat. They seem like decent people. I feel like it's not his fault the new guy's pet parrot put the header together. The rest looks pretty ok. I do have a TIG welder and can fix any flaws. Maybe I'm just being a baby. Given the time it would take me to make my own, it is worth it to me to purchase from them again, even if I have to fix the header or make my own.

Your NOT being a baby, you spent good bucks to have a product delivered for your bike, and you still have to do welding on it to make it right???

You should NOT have to do your own welding once delivered to make up for their crappy work.

Tell me the last time you bought a part for your car, like maybe a muffler, and have to re-weld that whole thing again so it is not leaking exhaust and it is still brand new???

That just doesn't happen, they always find a non defective muffler and replace it if they inadvertently sent that out to someone.

Good, bad, ugly, and some ehhh. Let's start with the good.

Good: Its pretty. When set up correctly, I'm sure it's great. Laser welds to join the cones together are decent.

The bad: There are pinholes where the flat Sheet metal is joined to make the cones. I have not vacuum tested it yet but it holds some pressure with my mouth and hand for now. There are areas that have not been deburred.

The ugly: The header. Pics explain this. The way it comes, the outside of the ex port roof on the engine, has all the lip from the smaller header size. The gap between the outside of the header to the inside of the pipe is 3/64. Plenty of space to leak. The "stopper" for the pipe to the manifold to the header is not centered at all. Warped flange, whak bolt holes, piles of weld along with valleys on the mating surface, generally disappointing.

The ehh: the tabs for the springs are not lined up. They are on their website though. Customer service. When I asked about these things the answer was run it. No real answers for specs.

8-10 week preorder was 7 months. Unfortunately, fixing their screw ups still seems more worth it than making my own for now. If anyone is interested in dimensions to try to copy it lmk.
They’re not really laser welded. They’re more oxy welded in south east Asia.

Am I missing something here or is it true they do not have a "Contact Us" button anywhere on their website...No phone number or email address either???

Where did you find their customer service???

Those are instant NO's as far as I am concerned with any business online dealing with products for our bikes.

This is not too bright on their part either.
There is a chat on their site and if they're not available you can email on same page. I have 2 of their pipes and one silencer from them. Worked great for me. Or you can always message wali on Facebook.

Many of us here refuse to use Fakebook or any of the other social medias due to their lack of privacy, their tracking of everybody, selling peoples information to advertisers etc...So in other words, there is no real way of holding these guys accountable then.

Not anywhere near good enough, you must have a one on one ability to communicate, not an open chat room to resolve possible problems with the merchandise.

if they're not available you can email on same page.
Emails may or may not work as many sites never seem to get around to answering them either, the Smoliks have proved that over the years and they also insist on using Fakebook as well.

If this is the best they can do, they go on my "fly by night" list, not worth the hassle of doing business with them.
