Tooth size is irrelevant to ratio calculations.
Teeth or diameter will work but counting teeth is easier.

If we were to go by dia the driven gear is much larger than a 44t and the engine sproket size is smaller than the 10t stock one.Etheir way it's a higher number ratio better suited to cruise speeds and climbing ability,less to maintain if the belt is good.Pretty expensive IMO but that's just me.

I think it'd be great on a 29", those need slightly taller gearing to have the same acceleration and top speed as a 26".

One question, never had a china 2 stroke, would a 50 cc be the same as 66 cc as the sprocket and this drive fitting?..............Curt
