Yep, it seems like old skateboard(not inline skate) wheels were meant to be recycled into chain tensioners.

These used wheels and bearings are cheap and high-quality and serve their second purpose very well.

I think if groved enough the skate wheel is awsome i just got alittle crooked problem but it works great.
