Just found this PDF document (Feb 2007) stating that our motorized bikes are Legal in Alberta Canada.

I just get ticked when a few people on the street tell me i'm breakin' the law.

i dont know why the laws here in bc are so strict?i dont get it.i was told that a governer in vancouver put a law in to place after his 18 year old son got killed on a motorized skateboard.i guess were all gonna die also riding bicycles.hey you got a place to rent......do you have 1 of those pamflets?id buy one from you so i can start seeing if i can do something here in bc..i cant sit idle while this is going on...alberta is a much more understanding place than bc is!
