Hello. So i joined the community, because didn't found the problem i'm having. I have my first 66/80 built. Everything was double checked before starting. Started good after maybe 30-50 meters pedaling and few clutch bumps. Adjusted idle screw a bit. Everything was fine. Took it for a short few hundreds meter ride. The next day without any struggles started and took it for a longer ride, to start breaking in. After 10-15 minutes ride stoped and turn it off to cool off a bit. Then again started easy and took another 10-15 minutes ride. Stoped at gas station to fill a back tire a bit. Did it, had 5 minutes smoking break and jumped on bike again. But then i couldnt get it starting. Decided to go downhill and pop it that way. It worked but after few minutes i stoped and then it stopped. Tried pedalling and when it looked like it's starting, on clutch always went dead again. Took it on a hill again. Started again. Put idle screw a little bit in for higher rpms and came home. Next day no luck starting. Started checking from carb (bofeng). Air filter was half covered in gas, probably from trying to start it downhill and pedaling hard. Cleaned it. Tried to start again. Nothing. Took out spark plug. 2/3 of its surfice was black including the end and very oily. Cleaned it. Took of magneto cover. Checked cdi and every part with voltmeter. Ohms look good, but cant get spark in spark plug by spinning my engine with drill. Ordered new spark plug ngk b6hs. The original was z8s. So i'm waiting for it now and wondering if that will help me. Would be great to know your opinions. The oil/fuel ratio is 16/1

Too rich, too much oil. 20:1 is about as heavy as you want to go. I don't go heavier than 25:1 but that is me. The NGK plug will help for sure.

A least with too much oil you aren't going to wreck anything. Some go the opposite way and burn them up right out of the gate.

I forgot to add, check the head bolts, they will loosen up. While you're at it check all the bolts

Thanks. So i'm gonna try 25:1 also.
About the plug. Now i'm worried because b6hs is longer than chinese one. Will it fit?
Don't have dino wrench. Need to buy it.

The NGK is a little longer but should be ok. I'd check by slowly turning over you will hear it if it touches the piston.

So got new spark plug. Tested. No spark also. Tried a bit ignition spray and also nothing. Head bolts good. Mixture good. Cdi shows 7.28 ohms. Magnet coil shows 336. Magnet have power. So i dont know what step i need to check. All it does is spit the fuel mixture
