Ordered new cdi. Again need to wait few days. Its so strange that i had few minutes ride and now fixing it for a week. And im also thinking could i kill my cdi with my kill switch?

Disconnect the kill switch from the wiring harness and try to see if you now get spark...If it sparks and starts, it is a bad kill switch that is always "on" when it is plugged into the wiring harness.
Ps...If it does start, you can shut it off by simply pulling the choke lever straight up for full choke which will shut your motor down for you.

Have one more quetion. If i put my voltmeter pins to Blue and black wires on my cdi what it should show? Cause im getting nothing from that. Only testing black wire shows me numbers

Ok so i just bought new cdi, spark plug, coil and magnet. Placed them one by one. Still no spark. Please help someone!

Build a bike. Everything was good for about 15 min. Now i know that mixture was too rich with oil. But i came back home somehow. And the next morning I have no spark. Disconnected kill switch. No spark. Tested ohms. Looks good but still no spark. Changed spark plug. Still no spark. So ordered...

Dead short somewhere?
Also make sure the plug is solidly grounded before spinning it over. Failure to do this can kill the CDI.

Checked ground, everythings ok. My best bet now that they sent me faulty coil. Because theres very low voltage coming out when i spin engine.

Maybe sand down the surfaces where the coil mounts to the case? I've had bad connection here before. Also check the plug boot to plug wire connection if you have not already. To answer your other question, I have burnt up cdi with kill switches before. I was making flames haha. Applying the kill switch while moving and engine engaged haha. Did you figure it out yet? Do you have pics of what you are testing?
