Runs well in warmer temps, doesn't warm up in mild temps

I'm in Phoenix where our winter has been super warm. Even during days with the highs in the 80's F and the lows in the 50's F my bike doesn't seem to warm up during the coolest times even after a 5 mile ride. I don't go easy on the engine either. I love to hot rod (safely). It runs fine after I get past about 10-12 mph I think. The take off from dead stop after pedaling is behaving like a cold engine. I think my idle has always been a bit too low. I haven't touched the carb yet, since it's still great to ride in warmer temps, and not a huge issue.

Is this probably a minor carb adjustment?


Spark plug is NGK 4085 (BPR6HIX).
