I went with the 272 268 saw car because it doesn't have the return line... I may use the saw filter also

If you want it to stay running like it is... The 272 is smaller also... The one you have is big for a 100 that's ported like Karl's motors and fat pipe...

return just returns fuel to the tank, not needed, even has a conversion kit you can buy to take out the return.

If you think the one line is a pulse, it's not. Two tubes on rwj-4 are inlet and return, pulse port is on the intake side. the small dot, is tht covered by the intake?

Look at Mossy's pic in post #13, look at the carb, the small hole above the carb bore, off to the side is the pulse port. It has to be open to the intake.

The hole, not the dimple, lol. the hole up top to the right, just off the bore. It has to be open all the way to the intake, or it will not pump.
