schwinn chopper Kustom

this bike has been in here before, but l have updated alot of stuff on it.
new frame
thunder pipe exhaust (loud)
skull pro grips (wider)
48t and 36t sprokets
new motor mount (thers is a difference)
welded a new cap and bung
Alot of work went into the upgrades, but the time was well worth it. this thing will haul ass with the 36t sproket and pull my 2 girls in a tailer with the 48t sproket. it has 225 miles on it and will be riding in the Death Race 2007

thanks alot guys, god it's good to be back home. AugieD thanx for the trophy and all the guys who liked this bike and feels really good to have won the bike of the month. now its time to make this rally coming soon happen without a hitch, thanx again :cool:

my advice...don't go that route
tank was 40$...no cap available for it (what kind of place sells a tank with no cap for it ? :censored:)
cap n bung was another 25$
getting bung welded into tank ...including old bung cut out 90$

tank has cracked 2/3 of the way around weld...leaks like a sieve (was migged instead of tigged and should have been annealed after as well...at least that's what another welder told us :eek:)
...bike has been down for 3 weeks + as of today :devilish::devilish::devilish:
