Schwinn Electric Stingray

I just bought a new in box Schwinn Electric Stingray.

I live in San Clemente CA.

I am looking for any advice on putting this together, any parts i should replace, and any suggestions for accessories to buy.

Also, if you know someone who knows how to put this together let me know as i am not so good mechanically. I would like to change to ape handlebars but the throttle looks rather complicated.

Isn't there directions? Get it together before you make any changes. Surely you have some friends that are mechanical.

i dont have a lot of friends and the ones i have are not mechanical or live close by.
