Schwinn Kokomo Rear Sprocket

Does anyone know how to install rear sprocket on a Schwinn Kokomo mag wheel.

1 1\2 in hub adaptor , the one with separate spacers , i drilled three holes in the center lip of the wheel matching the three on the adaptor , 3\8 bolts, the nuts fit perfect in the spaces provided on the mag
