Schwinn OCC Chopper Predator build

My project the last 6 months:

Schwinn Stingray OCC Chopper
Predator 79cc engine
3L fuel tank
Centrifugal clutch
60T rear sprocket, #41 roller chain
Handlebar swap
Custom bobber seat

101443

101444

Not with the 79, maybe the 212 haha.
I had to put that big ass rear sprocket on there just to get up the hill out of my apartment complex

Nice ride, I like ya went with a 4 stroke
NO pedals, it ain't a Motor Bicycle any more.
How many tooth on the rear sprocket? Is it a 70t

Yup.
No pedals..... It's just a crappy homemade motorcycle.

Quite honestly, that's what many motorized bicycles are in effect, because they're not really able to be peddled well anymore. but at least those still have the legal benefits of being a "bicycle", even if reduced to a really poor one. Which is the whole point.

Did you remove the governor

if so upgrade to a torque convertor like grubees

also if you got a motocycle shop near you take your rear wheel in their and ask them if they got any used 16" tires such as Dunlop D-402 130/90B-16
a-lot of places just give you the used ones, if you can get one it'll give it a small lift and the moto tire will last much longer

I haven't been able to find any torque converter kits for a 5/8" drive shaft. It seems like the only ones I can find are for 3/4" shaft on the Predator 212
