OK so take some time to look that over. I need feedback on feasibility, reliablity, and missing parts. I might need to change the drive ratios of the gas kit but a top speed of 30 is all I want/need.

I typed in " bicycle for a 400lb man" into google, and other than worksman, I found a company called 3G-Bikes, they refer to holding people your weight. Why won't the weight EVER come off?

@KCVale yes the hyrbid idea is past.
I am and have always been looking into heavy duty wheels and tires.
Forget my budget? That must be nice to have more money than you know what to do with. I have to budget for everything.

@tryog the Worksman starts at $369.99
I'm beginning to agree that scratch building may be the way to go.

Can y'all help me find parts suppliers for those components that can't be easily fabricated? IE. One side hubs, steering knuckles, chain driven differentials, etc

No offense, you're asking for spoonfeeding. You obviously have some kind of internet access phone, do your own legwork.

My metabolism is so slow that the only time I lose weight is when I go into starvation mode. Which is only when I'm under extreme physical and emotional stress and I stop eating entirely.

I have been in the gym, and worked hard in the field, etc. I build muscle easier than I lose fat. So yes I can slim down and get into better shape, but I will still weigh over 350.

I'll look into 3G-bikes thank you.

About the cast HD wheels, I asked Don about them, here is the reply.

---
26" Star Cast wheels engineered rated at 700kg. load capacity.
Have not heard of one breaking yet but always a first time.
Go figure the load shock G force at 30mph when hitting a 2ft x 6" dia. Pot hole with a 35kg bike and a 136kg rider.
Yes even a 12ga spoke laced wheel is in trouble when that happens.

We shipped 200 sets of cast wheels to MZ parts in Miami this week but his are 28".
He builds 28" disc brake bikes using our Gt2A frame.

700Kg is 1,5543#.

OK, I'm going to call BS.If you build muscle faster, that would mean either way you'd lose weight, becoming more mobile, when you become more mobile, you can change the weight to low resistance, high reps.I personally know body builders (bob birdsong, for one) who went from all bulked up solid muscle, then got down to a runners body, by changing the weights from high weight low reps, to the alternate, and eating different.Do you get disability because of your weight, if you are one of the 1% that actually has a glandular problem, that's different. How long did you stick with any form of exercise regimine?http://strengthcoachtaylor.ca/uncategorized/the-brutally-honest-6-reasons-you-are-still-overfat/
