Screaming Clutch

so, I cant get my bike to start unless I use an electric drill, it will not start if I peddle, and when its running and I disengage the clutch it starts screaming like crazy, it also makes the whole bike vibrate like mad, I'm not quite sure what's wrong with it and would like some advice.

Alright I finally got back to the project and upon taking off the cover I found what looked like pad massacre, the pads are all black and there where prices of crap all in-between them, here are some pictures of the pads and the housing(cleaned) mind you think bike has been rode no more than 5mins

How is the back side of the clutch plate?

How is the back side of the clutch plate?

That was ok had some residue but after a quick wash I saw no scrapes or indents
