Screaming Clutch

so, I cant get my bike to start unless I use an electric drill, it will not start if I peddle, and when its running and I disengage the clutch it starts screaming like crazy, it also makes the whole bike vibrate like mad, I'm not quite sure what's wrong with it and would like some advice.

What does it do when you try and pedal start it? Like just slow you down or does it turn over motor . This all is when you release clutch lever. You need to be around 5 to 7mph before you release lever.

I am going faster than 7mph as well

Umm well it my second time riding the bike, I had attempted to start it by peddling to no anvil, so I used a power drill, it runs good but if you disengage the clutch it doesn't sound right

I would definitely recommend do what Chainlube said take clutch cover and etc.

Don't be scared to take that cover off, it's only five screws. The worse that can happen is you'll find something messed up from the factory.

Right on bro. I have long work days too, but my work week is only 3 days long, tehe.

Don't be scared to take that cover off, it's only five screws. The worse that can happen is you'll find something messed up from the factory.

That small gear is fine, pull the clutch lever and watch the plate, see if it gives you a bit of a gap, in the center of the plate is a flower nut held in by the little screw. Take them both off and the plate and inspect the pads underneath. That's where all the black stuff is coming from.

Maybe the clutch pads are slipping. I would adjust the flower nut and make sure the clutch is engaging properly, also make sure you clean any grease that might be on your clutch pads.

A 13/16" 6 point socket fits the flower nut. You want 1.5 - 2 mm gap between pads and plate with the clutch handle pulled in and locked.

Is the big gear rubbing against the bottom of the engine. Looks awful close from pics.
