Servicing a HT clutch

    Decided to replace the pads on my trusty ole 66 cg. It's a good thing. They were petrified. Cleaned the parts and am ready to reinstall. Do I need to lube the bearings between the flywheel and the clutch gear? I know I need to put a small dab of grease on the gears. Thanks for the info.

    It might help the Berings but it gets on the pads to then it slips. So probably no
