The Huffy has been undergoing some winter mods and I finally took it outside and rode it for a short time. I'm very happy and pleased at this point. But of course, it was a struggle to get this point! As we all know, nothing works outta da box! A fair amount of fabrication was needed, as well as repeated assembly and disassembly. But finally, here we are! Brand new CDH aluminum mag wheels. Front and rear disc brakes (180mm rotors). New tires and inner tubes (26 x 2.125). A center kick-stand, and new mirrors. Now I've got to decide on a speedometer.

It's always a good idea to carry an tool kit, inner tube, patch kit and a little hand pump
Unless you have someone on call that can rescue you

Behind the seat or on the handle bars is a good place for a Cool tool bag

This is the one im using as it was easy to mount the magnet, (with a little extra rubber cushion underneath it), to raise it closer to the pick up sensor mounted to the fork, when using mag wheels...I had actually bought mine around 5 years ago when i was still running spoke rims...still working flawlessly for me and is accurate...I go by those protable roadside radars all the time and it has been spot on...When i bought mine, it was only like 13 or 15 bucks back then...lol...DAMIEN
