Unless there's been a change the 3 speeds ratios are 75%, 100%, 133%.
To keep from over torquing the low gear you must have a minimum input ratio of 1.67:1. Generally most bicycle manufacturers do a 2:1 ratio to be on the safe side such as using a 38:19.
