Should I put this old tecumseh 2 stroke on something?

I've had tons of cars already. The technical "first" was a '73 VW beetle that was converted to a Baja. Had a 2200cc magnesium block EMPI racing engine in it. The old man didn't like the rust on it so he pulled the engine and scrapped it. Honestly wasn't my favorite. I wasn't a fan of the Baja look on a road going car. It never saw off-road. My favorites came years after that. A '63 Dodge Dart and a '89 GMC Sierra. Before that I'd had several other cars. Just nothing really stuck. The only one I really liked that I had before that was my '99 Tahoe, but I was still on my permit so the old man drove it.. and drive it he did. By the time he was done with that truck he had blown the steering box and didn't want to fix it, so I sold it for cheap cuz I couldn't afford to fix it either.
My dad has a bad habit of seriously screwing up my vehicles. He doesn't get to drive them anymore.

I have an old ah600 1622M snowblower engine. I think it's roughly 85cc. Should I put it on something? I think it just needs a head gasket. Last time I took the head off the gasket ripped its like $1.44 for the gasket. It just has blue gasket maker under the head. I was thinking about a belt drive or maybe centrifugal clutch. Should I put it on a bike? I don't have a welder to make mounts or make a pipe.
I have 4 of those, 2 from snowblowers, 1 from an auger, and one from a Manco Trailcat mini bike. The one off the mini has a vintage Comet 99 TAV that is in good shape. That clutch is worth 20X what I paid for the bike.

1 off the blower motors I'm going to use as a belt drive and the other will be a FD.

Is the carb off the one on the manco different? Does it have an actual filter? Mine just has a piece of sponge glued on.
