sizes for motor on a bike

If I have a 69cc motor how large will he frame have to be.

Do a site search here for HT sizing guide, or a similar term. There is just such a line drawing readily available. Or, easier yet, lay the engine on a piece of cardboard and draw an oval around it that is close but not right up against it, then hold that piece of cardboard up to the frame opening of a bike you are interested in, to see if it will fit.
