Skyhawk Frame questions - Parts?

Hello all, I'm putting a list together to start a Skyhawk GT2 frame bike. I plan on having disc brakes on the front and coaster in the back. With Fat Frank tires. Wondering what wheels people have chosen or if there are any suggestions. Also, What crankset has anyone thrown in these frames? Trying to keep things somewhat cost friendly, but I'm not trying to cheap out. Any help would be great, thanks!

I have a GT2-A frame. I use 2.25" inch tires and they seem to be perfect for it. Fat tires would lead to chain clearance issues on the left side motor drive side.

The crankset is the old school, one piece style. Very easy to find, install, and dial in.

you can dish your wheel slightly to the right for extra tire clearance if you need to.
