Is this just from my heavy oil mix for break in, or is it something else?

If it were me, for break in purposes, I would have had MORE oil in it...25:1...After breakin I would never go less oil than a 32:1 mix.

That would roughly put your mix ratio about 22:1, with the 26:1 ratio, give or take a tiny bit. A bit heavy, but not unreasonably so. When it bogs, is it during acceleration or steady throttle?

It bogs at steady throttle and when I get on the throttle a little bit stops DAMIEN1307 said: That should be just about right then...Where is your needle valve postioned??? Click to expand... I never moved the needle position, so I'm guessing center DAMIEN1307 said: And what is your elevation above sea level??? Click to expand... About 2200 feet

Never guess, I had one of my carbs delivered where the C clip was at the very bottom of the needle valve position making it full on rich.
