Slipping Through The Cracks.

I noticed there has been a lot of new members slipping through the cracks without a friendly welcome from anyone. I dont catch everyone coming in so i'm not perfect either. Some people had up to 30 views without a welcome. I'm not a nitpicker, I just dont want newbies to think were smug and unfriendly either. Just something I noticed....

The exchange of info and ideas here is simply priceless. We would be foolish to let newbies get away because they felt as though they were ignored.
