Hey, I have bought two new motors and there both are slow as hell and new. Why? Good spark, good compression. Is it the clutch plate being to tight? I don't know

I need more information in order to properly diagnose your problem. Are there any other symptoms other than "slow" that describe what is happening with your new engines? Do they make a certain sound or noise? What is your gas/oil ratio? How many spokes does your rear sprocket have? What kind of engines are they?
