Daughter was filming (lol).

And the chain didn't come off, the wheel just got yanked to the right side.
The left hand axle nut must not have been torqued down all the way.
I'm lucky I didn't bend the axle. Love that wanna be Harley sound, lol.
 
You might need a chain tug to keep the wheel straight. I had to use one on my right side because the torque in 1st gear wants to twist and yank the axle forward.

With that front brake now you can safely take it for a rip when them chain tugs come in. I bet that thing will haul gluteus maximus.
