I think the new honda 50 metro scooters are FI, description on fuel system says PGM-FI. If they can do it anyone can on a small motor.

In some ways the draconian emissions laws against small 2-strokes could be the biggest force in our favour as Chinese manufacturers of 2-stroke bicycle engines will "have to" fit engines with EFI if their product is to be sold in America.
