Snapped Head Bolt?

KiDD
The instructions that came with the kit said to gap it to .4 to .5 mm so I gapped it to .45ish mm is that too much?

way way too short, 0.25 of an inch is .635mm

it is always best to replace a head gasket that has been tightened.

Yep, but the reason I could not reccomend KiDD to replace the head gasket was till the issue of snapped head bolts was sorted first.
Ofcourse now it needs a new head gasket, totally agree.

Loctite head bolts?Why?...I would suggest buying a quality torque wrench if you Don't already have one,I use a digital from Mac as i will take no chances on the dirt bike i use it on.If you have an accurate torque wrench and quality, undamaged or factory bolts they should not break at the proper torque!..One of two things happened,Bad torque wrench or bad bolts.Or the third might be an improper setting on the wrench.

What do you use as a measurment,In pounds,Foot pounds or Nm?

It is a Pittsburgh 3/8" clicker torque wrench, cheapest one I could find at harbor freight. It was the only one that can torque 10 ft/lbs

If I could afford a better torque wrench I would buy one, but I can't
