Small list what's done to the engine:
- reedvalve direct intake
- Tillotson 24mm carburator
- watercooled cylinder with some porting (3 extra ports made and enlarged existing ones)
- kawasaki kx65 radiator
- electronic battery ignition
- GOL special piston with hardchromed L-ring
- Piaggio conrod
- selfmade clutch

What's missing yet:
expansion chamber, clutch cover, ignition cover, chain

It uses most parts from the previous version I did

New version has only different crankcase and reedblock.
It's sounds and rides more like small motocross bike, than motorized bicycle :)
I haven't measured top speed yet, but should be over 50mph

wow you did some really big changes to that motor i like it the way it is now. do you get good speed on that?

that is so sweet the work must have been hard to turn a chines motor into that. do you use it as a daily rider?

awesome awesome tweaks, for sure!

i just know someone's gonna want to hear all about your methods of welding alloy...it came up a coupla times somewhere in general or tech/mech.

Awesome bike, after watching the video I think I'd be one of the guys in the back pedaling like mad. The russian motor is actually less powerful than a chinese motor to start with. I imagine it must make 10 times more power now with such great modifications.

WOW  I just watched the video.....crazy man!!! wish we had something like that around here
