Trying to figure out if this will work on a scooter with a 142f engine using gearbox pictured. The bell only sticking out halfway it will only grab 50% of the surface area of the clutch. Is there a solution? Am I correct?

Yeppers Cannon, that's it. He was asking about mating it to a 142F on a stand-up scooter. Seems to me with the clutch edge on a 142f being a lil recessed to the mating surface on the 142f the bell wouldn't be grabbing all of the surface area of the clutch. No scooter experience here so I'm asking to verify if I'm right or wrong. I'm also advising him of checking the alignment of the sprockets before buying anything. Trying to help him.
