Spark plug and piston

Well the engine is broken in, 32:1 synthetic generic 2 stroke green stihl oil
Stihl HP Semi-synthetic or the HP Ultra full synthetic? (both are green). The HP Ultra synthetic is an ash-free oil, so I am assuming you are running the HP Semi-synthetic, which does have ash in it, and that would explain the ash buildup on the plug.

I don't run Stihl oils, even in my Stihl chainsaw lol. They aren't really bad, but there isn't much amazing about them either. I've been using VP Racing synthetic 2 cycle for several years now in my 2 stroke engines. It's a touch more expensive, but not outrageously priced either. It burns very clean and can actually be found at WalMart and many other places that carry lawn and garden supplies.

This is the VP oil I mentioned.

I think it is fully synthetic, i ran it very lean and overheated badly cause i was having air leak problems. And yes Damien, sadly, Walmart will is not in Lithuania although we have automotive shops that sell racing and quality 2 stroke oils. Do they really make that much of a difference on a china doll?

I run Amsoil 2 stroke full synthetic racing oil myself once breakin time is over with...I can't complain at all, it helps keep wear and tear to a minimum.

The biggest difference for me is the ash levels in the oil. I will always go for an ashless oil as they are far less prone to carbon and ash buildup on the plug, chamber, and piston top. Synthetics also have a lower vapor point which means they do a better job of absorbing heat by more readily evaporating, and are much more likely to fully burn off when exposed to combustion temperatures, making them produce a lot less carbon and smoke.

Okay! Oh, and today I did a second plug chop, the top of the electrode I sanded a bit to remove that ash again as it still was lean but after I changed the jet it looked like this. This is good right?
