I’m having a bit of trouble “reading” the spark plug on my engine. Does it look like it is running rich or lean

Looks to me running rich. Is it too much oil or fuel or both? Plug looks new as far as wear.

I’m running a break in ratio so it could be oil. It’s four stroking at high rpm so would that mean a bigger main jet. I’ve only been running at medium rpm so would explain why the plug looks rich even though it is running lean at high rpm. Should I adjust the needle and get a slightly larger main jet

If it's oil it means you're using too rich a mix, carb adjustment won't fix that.

If it four strokes, it means you have too much fuel and it will only fire every other stroke. Probably need to go down to a 68 jet.
