Splitting the case on a 2 stroke engine

After removing all of the gears and screws, how do you seperate the case...these things must be pressed fitted at the factory.....do you need some special tool or something.....

Someone posted a pretty detailed post of very detailed pictures of taking apart a happytime with explanations as well
