Springer Fork tire width

Well I’m a little bummed, My 50’s double Springer Monarch could only accommodate 2.25” tires, leaving less than a quarter inch on both sides.

Anything less than a 2.5” is an uncomfortable ride, I believe. Do they make a Springer double fork that will allow a 3” tire?

I run 24x3 and have all kinds of room. I'm sure a 26x3 would fit.
