Sprocket Adapter for Schwinn Meridian

I have a GX50 on my trike It would run 40 If I changed the sprocket on it. That's just to fast for me . It fits under the basket. Quitter than the predator, 4 stroke, half the weight
First time looking at the GX50 sounds like its a nice rig and not too expensive either. If you can get 40mph out of that, that's great !!! 40 is plenty for me and a tiny weed-eater sized rig would be very easy to tuck away. Do you have pics of your system? Certainly much lighter than the Pred' 212, 45ish lbs! Could I ask what trike your using and your weight. Cuz some skinny folk post on here and I'm twice as big as them and I would never get the same stats that they do.

UPDATE: nvm I found pics of your trike::

I can't tell what make and model tho? Also, how fast are you able to get on this and your weight?

Nice example of this motors capabilities.

Ok

ok so it lies between the chassis and the wheel hub. Got it, if my next setup fails ill certainly give it a try as well. Do you know what the return policy is for these? I'd be more worried that it would freewheel in the standard/CCW fashion rather than CW. Also same with threading CCW or CW as well.

Im sure you can return this if there was a problem. So these are pics of meridians . different set up than you have . one of them the arrow is pointing at the adapter. you will probably have to reposition your motor shift it over in the center of the basket. but this is a much more reliable way to do this

I have it on a pav3 with a staton gearbox. Im 230lb trike is heavy to , I have a 1000 watt wheel on the front also. with just the gas motor 20 or 25 mph its geared low . we have big hills .. but that's fast enough for me.

The ccw threading is what you want . It will work great
