Sprockets Sprocket alignment qestion

So I started installing on the new bike...

I have one question and one question only it indicates I can only be 1.5mm of alignment

How would that look that's like a hair off in mm also my sprocket has a slight bend to it.... I highly doubt it has to do with the bolts.

I also checked the teeth a d it appears that it has a slight high side which I had to file an edge of with sand paper.
 
for a wobbly sprocket with the thin 44T sprockets, I just put a long crescent wrench over the high spot and squeeze the handle toward the tire - other way for low spots
when it seems straight, let it sit a bit in case it flexes back some

Did a screw driver check it's about 3-4 bolts where the sprocket hits on the rear sprocket I think it's just bent cause of the sandwich can't be sandwiched any more. If I loosen it wouldn't be considered tight.
