Hi, I am trying to figure out what size hub adaptor I need. I have a 99 Marin muirwoods. The only thing I see on the rear hub is parallax. Does anyone know if this is the correct one on this site? http://www.mmbikeparts.com/sprocket_adapter.htm
Also I am ordering a sprocket with it. I am a big heavy rider, 300+ lbs, I am not very concerned with top speed, just want to be able to ride up moderate hills, can anyone recommend a sprocket size?
