    Is that teflon? Mighty alick, if it is. are you going to put a band around. If so I would recomend gorrilla glue. Not that I am a pro but it has worked on tefflon as long as you rough up the surface before applying.

    It's Polypropylene. We use it for pulleys on a few of our machines at work. (very durable). Ill show you how to set this up so it wont slip. ;)

    Gonna use a Mitsubishi TLE-43 43cc 2.20 hp.

    Started work on the gear box. Two timing gears and belt go inside the box.
    Motor connects to the right side with the shaft inside the box as marked. Sheave to wheel sheave on the right. There is a tension wheel that gos next to the 4 in pulley but the hole is not there yet. ;). t-shirt is lining everything up till i get back to the shop. ;) Chain can stay right where it is. Everything clears. :) 74in Drive Belt.

    Ah, and a "sheave" is a "ring". glad I got that cleared up. :grin:
