I'm a newby and:
I would like to convert a mountain bike to motorized and would like suggestions. I am opposed for myself to V mounts. Don't want the heat between my legs. If money was not a concern I would probably go with staton axle mount. Considering gofastboy copy. Friction may be ok, but I like the idea of being able to use aggresive thread on tires. I am of the opinion that 2 cycles are louder and more irritating. Live fast motors chain drive appears to have the exhaust right at your back. Would like smooth quite inexpensive and of course not completely unreliable. Speed is not really an issue 15-20 mph OK. Hills may be an issue.
Please forgive if I violate some accepted protocol I have not caught on to.
