Staton rarely answer the phone...

I tried to get a replacement part, sent them pictures, called, got no callbacks, finally got in touch with them (they rarely answer the phone) and a week later when I didn't hear back from Thad I call and he can't remember talking to me. I talk to David who was a total ass. DO NOT do business with these jerks, they are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.

I spoke my mind they they proceeded to harass me with emails and phone calls yet they couldn't take the time to email or call me back until now.

If it continues I will call the police it's that bad.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

I've read, unless you know exactly what you need, and order it from the website, you may be in for a bit of a runaround.I dealt with him on the phone once, and he did come off a bitt of an ass, but not too bad.
How about reposting the harassing emails from them here?You can always go to OK and, "make them" respectful, if you catch my drift.
