Staton-Inc is Screwing Me!

I ordered $250 in part from Staton in September.
He charged my account and never sent the parts.
In October, he emailed me about a part needed work before shipment.
After that, he won't return my calls or emails.

Buyer beware!

I'm working with the Better Business Bureau in Ok now.

Rats!

Sept. WOW, he better step up or he'll have no reputation left. He should at least communicate with you. Explain the friggen problem.

He emailed today, saying he was waiting for me to decide if I wanted 36h or 48h wheel hub.

He said he emailed me several times, and I never responded.

I never got his emails.....and I didn't order those wheel hubs.

I'd ordered sprockets and his 18.75 chain drive box.

On his website my order is still "in process" AFTER 3 MONTHS!

I mean, how many people ordered his 3-output 18.75 chain drive boxes in September???

Obviously, he's got my order mixed up, but he never responded to my calls or emails until now, when I mentioned BBB.

I'm so upset, I see red!

Staton emailed and apologized about the mix up.

He asked if I wanted the parts or refund.

I sad “refund “.

Let’s see if he does me right.

I’ll reserve further comment until I cash that check.

If he said it's in the mail my money is it being the truth. S--t happens, he should at least explain it to you. I hope this all ends well for all of our benefit. He might read these forums also and read your thread 5-7.

BBB is just a hassle for anyone filing a complaint takes about a year.

You could file a internet fraud complaint with the FBI and they will do about the same nothing and no reference number to check up on.

Or.might.be best to go to his web housing site would be best they have strict rules and if he is really notorious they will dump his site.
But you said he offered a refund, take it.
