Sticky throttle

Ever since I’ve built my motorized bike its throttle has been slow to return and its just not nice to ride with it being like that,how can i make it so its crispy and snaps back fast?

If the problem is that the cable itself is slow to return, try taking the cable out of the sheath and lubing it. If the cable is returning fast but the carb is not responding quickly you have an air leak.

Its not the carb as i pulled the cable near where it goes into the carb and it was very snappy so i think its just the assembly for the throttle tube so maybe a metal one might be better if i can find it

Not quite sure what part you want to find metal, but beneath the plastic coating the sheath is metal. Make sure it's not hanging up anywhere. Just go over the whole thing. It shouldn't be hard.

I was on about a whole metal throttle assembly on the handlebars as the plastic one is already pretty chewed up where the metal L shaped thing screws into it from the bottom,the threads are pretty much gone
