hey guys i have updated this tread now, what i have done is shorten the cable lenght ( kit cable is long for all types of bikes) and changed the way i routed the cable and is much better now. thanks for your help

Did you put wd-40 or a similar lubricant down the cable sleeve BEFORE installlation and thoroughly distributed it down the entire cable? I found that this makes for a much easier pull. If so then bending the clutch arm to a more appropriate angle for pulling may be in order.
