my clutch acts crazy also ,, no problem for 300 miles then it starts ,, i adjusted the clutch and it may be good for a hour and then for some reason the spring feels weak and it has slack in the leaver ,, then you give it full throttle and the spring tension is back where it should be( sometimes ),,,then if you shut down the motor it seem the tension is back to normal ,,its hard to figure out it seems to have a mine of its own ,, still its not slipping as far as i know ,, could the small screw become loose that holds the star nut from turning and wreck a clutch ??
