UPDATED UPDATE!

I got the 1 1/8" pipe and fittings this evening and got it together, just want to ride it now LOL

I can't wait to try this tomorrow!

Ok, I cut the inlet pipe out of the SBP (modified expansion chamber system)
and brazed in the 1 1/8" tube.

Then i just fit the fittings on and will test tomorrow.

The only thing left is to fabricate a proper flange, then it'll be done?

Trimmed 1/2" off the straight header tube.
Everytging seems the same except for at 32mph everything changes sound wise and it picks up really quick to a bit over 35 now

The uphill power dropped very slightly, less than 1 mph going up hills.

Got a guy with a machine says he can weld with bronze and silicon, copper to copper and copper to steel, no sweat.

We'll see

gonna get a leather belt from the thrift store and use that as wrap on the expansion chamber.

gas mileage went down to what i guess to be around 50mpg somewhere in that range.
